I had offered

you created an
anxiety in my
practice which
couldn’t be resolved
unless I ignored myself

I think it’s called “micromanagement”, in a Love relationship it’s called abuse 🙂
PS: Ended up going on a Batman marathon last night because of our little exchange, I forgot how amazing “year one” was. The opening sequence, is poetry.

micromanagement … on an institutional level; and when it’s in public service (… ‘a’ relationship, if not – quite – love) it is, indeed, abuse, even though it may be called ‘professional development’;
