                     walking through a whole archive
                                     of sadness

                                     too anxious
                     to define myself purposeful
                                     to be

                                     and yet
                     ignoring me liberated me from being
                                     a big player

                                     patronised
                     compromised constrained it’s just
                                     I didn’t see it coming
